Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 (Act 768) under clause 6 (2) (g), states “establish councils to evaluate the quality assurance of the programme in the fields technology”. In accordance to this clause, MBOT has established Technology and Technical Accreditation Council known as TTAC acts as Accreditation Technical Committee with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) to accredit the Technology and Technical education programmes.
