An entry level registration for candidates with a minimum Bachelor's Degree and above and equivalent qualifications recognised by the Board. The fee to apply for Graduate Technologist is RM50, which is a lifetime registration fee and no yearly renewal is required for Graduate Technologists.

Professional Technologist
A professional-level registration in the Technologist category. A graduate technologist who has fulfilled the requirements below can be entitled to the title of Professional Technologist.
Having a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related technology and technical fields, as determined by the Board
Paying the prescribed fee and complying with all of the criteria determined by the Board.
Passing a professional assessment in the related technology and technical fields, with a non-refundable fee of RM600 per assessment
