Talent Upskilling and Networking for Employment (TUNE)
The Talent Upskilling and Networking for Employment (TUNE) is a comprehensive initiative launched by the MBOT Student Chapter to empower students in technology and technical programs with the essential tools, resources, and connections to succeed in their careers. The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, providing students with targeted opportunities to develop both their technical expertise and soft skills.
Through workshops, training sessions, industry networking events, and mentorship, TUNE aims to enhance students' employability by equipping them with a well-rounded skill set that aligns with current market demands. This initiative also offers exposure to real-world challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of industry practices and trends, and enabling students to build valuable professional networks.
